Mary Keane not only has an incredible story about her own pilgrimage of the Camino in Spain, she

brings both her athletic experience and coaching skills to help people overcome challenges of fear and

shame, and get moving! After contracting a debilitating illness and being basically immobile for almost a

year, I met Mary. She became a mentor to me in a way I could never have imagined. With Mary’s

support and inspiration, I was able to breakthrough some of my fears about my recovery. Mary has

helped me to get moving again! With her guidance and enthusiastic encouragement, I started to walk at

my own pace, in my own time and with the freedom I needed to make progress. She helped me be the

full self I am and embrace that I deserve to take up space. “Do what you can!” Mary inspired me to do
